1. Eligibility:

To register as a member of Lagna.in or use this Site, you must be of legal marriageable
age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years
or over for males). Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using
this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and legal
capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited or prevented
by any applicable law for the time being in force. You also agree to abide by all
of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Lagna.in reserves the right to forthwith
terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund
to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee.

2. Terms:

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect as long as you use the site
or remain to be a Member at Lagna.in. You may terminate your membership at any time,
you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees. Lagna.in
may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason effective
upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application
for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to Lagna.in.
If Lagna.in terminates your membership because you have breached the Agreement,
you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees. Even after
this Agreement is terminated, certain provisions will remain in effect including
sections 4,5,7,9 -11, inclusive, of this Agreement.

3. Non-Commercial Use by Members:
|
|
|
Membership at Lagna.in is for the personal use of individual members only, it is
deemed that the member agree not to post any content or views that may be considered
threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable or act illegally
or otherwise harass another user; impersonate another or use the site for any commercial
purposes. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person
or entity. This includes providing links to other web sites, whether deemed competitive
to Lagna.in or otherwise. Businesses, Organizations, and companies may not become
Members of Lagna.in and should not use the Lagna.in service or Site for any purpose.
Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of
or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be
taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

4. Copyrights

All content included on Lagna.in website such as text, display, designs, graphics,
images, animation and other materials and effects is the property of Lagna.in or
its content suppliers and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
Or in any other way exploit any part of the information or material obtained through
the Website and/or the Website's material is the property of Lagna.in or its content
suppliers and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. |

5. Content Posted on the Site:

Lagna.in may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles that in the sole judgment
of Lagna.in violate the Terms of Use or which might be objectionable, offensive,
illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of the site
or its Members. You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display
on the Lagna.in service or on site or send to other Lagna.in Members. By posting
the content to any public area of Lagna.in, you automatically grant, and you represent
and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Lagna.in, and other Lagna.in members,
an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use,
display, copy, perform and distribute such information and content and incorporate
into other works or to prepare derivative works of, such information and content,
and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. |

6. Member Disputes:

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Lagna.in Members. Lagna.in
reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other
Members. |

7. Disputes
|
|
|
If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, you agree
by using the site that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by
the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent
Courts in Mumbai, India only.

8. Privacy:
|
|
|
Use of the Lagna.in site and services is governed by our
Privacy Policy. |

9. Disclaimers & Limitation on Liability:
|
|
|
Lagna.in will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of
site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and
consequential, damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein,
Lagna.in's, liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form
of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to
Lagna.in, for the Service during the term of membership. |

10. Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold Lagna.in, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers,
agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim,
or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to
or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or
arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations
and warranties set forth above and/or any fraudulent act on your part. |

11. Other:

This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a
Member of the Lagna.in service, contains the entire agreement between you and Lagna.in
regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement
is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and
effect.
